Film Permit in Hong Kong

Do I need permit to film in Hong Kong? And so which department should I go look for?

Location filming in public places does not generally require permission from the Government, except when filming in places under Government control or replica uniforms and accoutrements of Government forces.

Film crews are encouraged to inform the TV and Films Liaison Section, Police Public Relations Branch (PPRB) of their intention to carry out location filming in public areas (such as public pavements and street markets)

I'm planning on filming an online ads in Hong Kong in the coming month with a crew of 3 from the U.S.A and Austria. Just wonder will we need visa/entry permit to conduct our filming in Hong Kong?
